Welcome to the Talent Culture website, located at http://www.talentculture.com.   We (the owner and various Author/contributors to  “TalentCulture”) are providing this website as an opportunity to learn about managing talent and human resources.

By coming to our site and viewing our content, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.  Additionally, rather than send you annoying e-mails giving you notice of changes each time we update them, we will simply post and date the latest set of applicable terms and conditions on our website.

1. What We Provide

Here are the benefits of participating on our site:

2.  Comments and Feedback

We encourage you to share your thoughts on our site and comment on the blog posts.  When you submit comments or give us feedback, you are granting us the right to use those comments and feedback for any purpose in connection with the site including the right to modify or adapt your submitted content.  Our uses might also include promotional purposes but in return we agree to always give you attribution for your comments.

3.  Participation is a Privilege

In order to provide everyone with a meaningful experience, we must reserve the right to terminate or suspend the rights of any user at any time.  While we will prefer to seek to remedy a situation before terminating access, the decision on termination is at our sole discretion.  We will also terminate you immediately if you are posting obscene or harmful content or are using our site to solicit business.

4. Respecting Your Intellectual Property

5. Respecting Our Intellectual Property

You may have noticed some of the intellectual property notices throughout our site. That is because the copyrights to this site along with the trademarks Talentculture.com™ and TalentCulture™,  are owned by us.  You are not licensed or authorized to use our copyrights or trademarks for any reason without our consent.  Furthermore, if we do give consent, it will be in writing.

That does not mean that you cannot from time to time excerpt materials contained on our site. We want you to share consistent with “fair use” principles but we also want to be sure that your excerpt does not amount to copying our pages or materials. This includes framing our blog or materials in a way that includes advertising or corporate logos not affiliated with us.

6. Opinions

The blogs and articles on this site are authored by a number of different authors. While our authors are the leaders in our field, the opinions that they express are their own.  In other words, we are not responsible for their words and opinions. 8. Our Liability to You is Limited

TalentCulture and its affiliates, and their respective members, directors, officers, managers, employees, shareholders, agents and licensors are not liable for incidental, indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages of any kind, including, without limitation, lost revenues or profits, loss of business or loss of data, in any way related to this site or for any claim, loss or injury based on errors, omissions, interruptions or other inaccuracies in our site (including, without limitation, as a result of breach of any warranty or other term of these Terms and Conditions). Any claim against us shall be limited to the amount you paid, if any, for use of our site.

9. Any Dispute Between Us Will be Governed by Massachusetts Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Massachusetts, applicable to agreements made and to be performed therein without regard to conflict of laws principles.
