Founder + CEO

Eighteen years ago Meghan M. Biro, an industry leader and veteran, embarked on her career adventure. More than 300 (and counting) successful executive career placements later, Meghan has strategized with V-C level executives, mid-career, mid-level managers, software architects and recent college graduates. From Gen Y to baby boomers, from globally recognized Fortune 500 companies to technology start-ups, she is deeply interested in making people successful. Meghan founded TalentCulture to empower individuals and companies to find their strengths by recruiting and aligning job seekers with the right workplace culture and to develop new markets for Collaborative 3.0 Partnerships and Social Media Innovation.

Meghan served successfully as a Senior Consultant in the Software Technology Group of Winter, Wyman & Company. She then moved on as a ground-floor executive at two start-up ventures, where she drove strategy, mentored teams, developed new business channels, and consulted with the small and mid-sized high technology corporate market. Along the way she became focused on the importance of personality-culture fit, a unifying theme in her writings and work with clients.

She is a member of the National Association of Personnel Services (NAPS), The Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and several entrepreneurial organizations. Meghan is a globally-recognized expert and leader in talent acquisition, innovative personal and corporate branding and new media strategies that accelerate collaborative business and social community goals. She also serves on the Alumni Council for Greens Farms Academy, serving as a career mentor to students and recent graduates.

Meghan fostered her creativity and honed her sensitivity to people early in her career as a performing artist. She studied, performed and choreographed with pioneers of American dance, (including Rhett Dennis, Luigi Facciuto, Oleg Briansky and Mireille Briane) as well as with the Bard College dance and photography program. She moved on to earn degrees in Psychology and Photography at the University of Washington. Meghan also spent several years as a Behavioral Research Clinician, Graduate Student and Recruiter at some of the nation’s most prestigious research universities.
