		<description>I&#039;d take the last line in this post about a job search being a PR campaign until it is over, and change it to reflect that everyone should be thinking PR like a candidate even when they are working in a job. It&#039;s impossible to know exactly when a position will end by choice or by the employer so that everyone should be continuously promoting themselves. This applies to aspiring to internal company recognition as well as seeking to build one&#039;s reputation among industry colleagues as a way to stay visible future opportunities.</description>
