Meghan M. Biro, founder of TalentCulture, is a serial entrepreneur and globally recognized career leader in talent acquisition and creative personal and corporate branding. Meghan has conducted more than 300 successful career searches for clients ranging from Fortune 500s to the most innovative software start-up companies. Meghan is also a new media strategist who enjoys accelerating collaborative business and community goals. 1. Which career role will you never find yourself in and why?
Accounting. Spreadsheets and I are not meant to spend serious time together. It's better this way.
 
2. What are you most defining personality traits?
Open-Minded. Passionate. Innovative. Simple. Complex.
 
3. What do you think the world needs more of?
Love in all forms. It's all we really need.
 
4. What superpower would you like to have most and why?
Ability to see the world in 3D. This would make it even more interesting for me to sit on my perch and watch people.
 
5. What song will be playing in the trailer to your biopic?
I have highly eclectic taste in music and this answer changes weekly. Billie Holiday, The Replacements, The Beach Boys, Katy Perry, Greg Brown, Rush, The Grateful Dead, Gayngs. Honestly, I cannot pick one - will keep you posted when I make a decision.
