Tim Collins is a Human Resources executive, with more than 30 years of business and international service in Procter & Gamble and IBM. He has visited more than 35 countries, and lived in the UK as an expatriate for three years. Tim has been certified as a Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) by the Human Resources Certification Institute and a Senior Certified Professional (SCP) by the Society for Human Resource Management. He recently began his "encore career" as Director, Foundation Relations and Regional Advancement for his alma mater, Transylvania University, a nationally-ranked, private liberal arts college in downtown Lexington, Kentucky, although he will continue to live in New York, NY. Tim describes himself as a servant leader, global citizen, arts lover, ENTJ, and curious. He believes in passion, principle, laughter, the liberal arts, social and lifelong learning.
